Diamond Rings is an introspective track with pop and synth pop elements and focus on the vocal and lyrics. The song talks about someone who decides to call off their wedding due to doubts and insecurities about a future happy marriage and life. This marks a twist in the fate, starting from moments of grief and introspection to moments of freedom and self-discovery, returning to one's own roots and dreams, growing up as an individual and starting a new chapter in life. Metaphorically, the song celebrates the rebirth from a collapse, the scraping of the surface and material things in life, words in the song such as "weddings and diamond rings" and returning to the innocent and naked self, marked by the idea of "therapy" and "destiny" in the song. The song finishes with a positive twist, the moment of self discovery and soul cleansing, a journey within, the moment when everything makes sense "when the rain washes off the stain" and when "in the dark our love remains".

A few words from the singer-songwriter about this song:
"I wrote Diamond Rings three years ago, it started with a little demo in my previous studio in Enfield. Thereafter, it was taken to South East London, Star Lane Studios, mixed and produced by an artist called, Will Whisson at the end of 2023. This is an introspective track, with synth and electronic elements to it, talking about a very intimate moment in my life, when I decided to call off my wedding and step into an unknown territory, which later revealed itself to be the path of descovering myself better, following my own dreams and passions, and eventually start a new and fresh chapter in my life.
For some years I was reluctat to share this song, due to its very intimate message but I then realised that the core essence of being an artist is sharing that very delicate message with the world, in the hope that someone may or may have gone through something similar and that somehow they found the silver lining and wisdom in every challenging or sad situation of their life.
I hope my song, Diamond Rings, will shine bright like a diamond to your ears!
Yours,
Simona-Valentina "

Middle Ground is a song about feeling stuck in the middle, between a past love story that keeps coming back haunting you, and a new love that you are not yet ready to embrace. The gist of the song is: even though you are stuck in the middle of nowhere, like on a planet far away from reality, you will somehow manage to get up on your feet and land back on planet Earth, feeling empowered and happy on your own.
Un ubeat, catchy track with an empowering strong message of moving on in life after a break up, a song that will strike a chord with a lot of people that at least once in their lifetime have been there, caught in the middle.
Burst is a song about a love story that ended tragically and sooner than expected, even though both partners felt from the beginning that there was an unspoken impending doom on the path of their relationship. It depicts in shades of blue and cosmic setting, the draining pain created after putting in all efforts and energy in trying to fix something already bound to collapse from the start. Feelings of being taken for granted, unappreciated, under valued and lack of love, are all painted in the blue of the clouds and lyrics of the chorus, and the moon is the love that one person is depending on, while the other is no longer able to give. The conclusion: "the moon was burst like a balloon" and one was left heartbroken.
